We are now accepting donations from US individuals or corporations for the benefits of Taiwanese victims from Typhoon Morakot.
Individual donation made through www.eastvillagers.org will be matched dollar for dollar from Ping & Amy Chao Family Foundation.
If individual has employer matching program, he or she can get $2 (Employer+Chao Foundation) for $1 matching. Otherwise, he or she can get $1(Chao Foundation) for $1 matching. Deadline-wise, donations for emergency relief should be asap. But, the need for aftermath will last at least weeks. EV and RIPC will announce the deadline for donations when it is set.
