台湾路竹会深入菲律宾，援助受灾群众 RIPC in Philippines for disaster relief

Ketsana Typhoon in Manila, the capital of Philippines and the surrounding areas, caused hundreds of casualties and missing people. According to Philippine government statistics, more than 45 million people lost their home. RIPC went to Philippines for disaster relief from October 6 to October 11. 凯萨娜（Ketsana）颱风已在菲律宾首都马尼拉及周边地区，造成上百人死伤与失踪，根据菲国政府统计，有超过45万人流离失所造成，40余年来最严重水患，台湾路竹会发扬人道主义精神，于10月6日至10月11日前往菲律宾救灾。
