According to Philippine government statistics, more than 45 million people lost their home. RIPC went to Philippines for disaster relief from October 6 to October 11. Please see the photos below from the mission.

凯萨娜（Ketsana）颱风已在菲律宾首都马尼拉及周边地区，造成上百人死伤与失踪，根据菲国政府统计，有超过45万人流离失所造成，40余年来最严重水患，台湾路竹会发扬人道主义精神，于10月6日至10月11日前往菲律宾救灾。

Individual donation made through www.eastvillagers.org will be matched dollar for dollar from the Ping & Amy Chao Family Foundation.

If individual has employer matching program, he or she can get $2 (Employer+Chao Foundation) for $1 matching. Otherwise, he or she can get $1(Chao Foundation) for $1 matching.
